Development of the person of the young man is very important process that implies further growth in healthy adult useable and creative in the society. Some factors create that development: Healthy relations in the family of the youth, upbringing of the young man in the family, his social status but the most important role of all takes the environment itself, friends of the young man whom from he/she learns how to behave and to practice pure essence of the life and with one word "the street" is the "greatest teacher" that sometimes can create socially unacceptable person as drug addict, an alcoholic etc. For those and many other reasons it's not easy for the young man to be understood and every kind of help is necessary to turn aside all temptations that follow us in that period. Sometimes we can't be understood from our parents, teachers etc. because they sometimes act as they forgot the time when they were young and had had problems and dreams very similar to ours today. We also must not forget that all efforts we do in our education are worthy and will help us to be better in all fields, competitive and ready to lead, earn and live better when our time will come.
