At the time that we live in, it becomes more and more obvious that the world knows nothing else but violence. All we hear on the news is murders, robberies and wars. So we get the wrong impression that the violence, the killing and the aggression creates the world as it is. But it is not true. Violence and killing can’t create anything because they are destructive. No one can build or create by destructing. The reason because of which we see the things the way we see, is because, in a way, we got use to every day’s violence. Ever since we know about us we see blood and bodies and we see it so often that it became our routine. Something that is quite normal. And it’s the worst thing. Without realizing that it all affects our mental evolution. Growing that way, not knowing of anything else but terror, by habit we continue this tradition of torture because we are too weak to stand against it or because we don’t want to. Anyway, the result is the same. And it will be the same until WE decide to take our own destiny in our hands because we create the world. Not terrorism, not the violence or anything else. We do! And if terrorism rules the world, that’s because we choose it to. And doing that, when we grow older some day and have families, we will live with some pain in our chest, knowing that we could of done something to make the world a better place for our children, but we didn’t because it was too hard to try, because we were too scared…Too scared to create a better future for our children. And we will die, many years from now, lying our selves that we survived in this cruel world. But we didn’t survive. We still end up killed. Killed by the filling of quilt. Marjan Canakoski
