Conclusion

Project staff considers that project runs like it was planned although some challenges were faced when identifying groups of disadvantaged young people and young trainers.

Achieved outcomes in this point have impact on all project participants, and their environments. So, it can be concluded that after completion of remaining project activities project we will reach even more achievements.

The way these young people are communicating and interacting with each other and are ready to explore potential openings and approach employers is illustrating the importance of inputs and contributions this project made in their lives.

Disadvantaged young people are empowered to develop CVs suitable for emerging openings, write adequate motivation letters, know how to prepare for and act on interview, know what to and how to explore about future employer; how to use ICTs and online communication tools for locating resources (job vacancies, other information); how to use ICTs and online communication tools for further self-development; all in direction to be employed and to improve themselves while working.

Young disadvantaged people that participated in this project clearly expressed themselves that they have gained a lot from this project and numerous opportunities are opened for them. As a result of this project there are already several employments registered until the moment this report is complied.

Having described these aspects, project staff and donor institution can be satisfied with the outcomes this project have generated in its life cycle.
