With this pace, planned number of 400 youth will be exceeded. All these young people will receive certificates of acquired skills.

Among these young people on age up to 26 years were identified 20 young trainers who were doing local dissemination and working with other young people.
Training took place in premises of Employment centres in Skopje and Bitola.
These empowered young trainers who completed more than 30 days of training and work with other disadvantaged youth.

In Bulgaria the initial practical activities were aimed at the organization of 4 courses-from the beginning of April, during the week till the end of May, which were conducted in the study-halls of the Institute for machines and electrical engineering in Sofia. The courses had a duration of 30 training hours and they were divided into two modules-initial computer literacy and more profound skills in the drawing-up of electronic tables, Internet, text processing. 60 young people successfully completed these courses, which in the end of this training period got certificates of newly acquired skills.

During the last week of May, 3 groups by 10 people in a difficult social position were organized. Young people, completing their secondary education, took part in it that within the frames of 30 hours got initial computer skills and main skills for work with Internet.

During the first half of June two courses 15 persons each entitled “Internet and the new consumer’s culture” we organised. The course-goers were young people, who were graduating from secondary school, for which Internet was a field for new practical and applied information. Within the framework of these short-term courses by 5 hours, young people got skills for Internet use as a means for job-finding, for applying to university, as well as for searching and using information, given by sponsors for grants, supports and other financial inptus for professional development and education.

From 25 till 28 May in Sofia was organized a national bourse for young people, completing their secondary education in the orphanages. For several days running, tens of young people from the whole country visited the bourse and participated in one-day seminars and demonstrations of Internet use for job-finding. The participation of many employers, non-government organizations and associations created atmosphere to be shown new opportunities to graduating young people for finding a suitable job, as well as for applying to university. Two courses by 10 people each were conducted, at which were presented announced job places, as well as the means for getting additional information about them.

During the last week of June, a regional meeting of young people, who have got their secondary, or higher education, was held in the town of Pleven-all of them job-seekers. During the meeting, there was organized a short course for 20 persons, so that the course attendants could become familiar with the new Internet opportunities for finding and offering work. During the meeting, over 100 young people were acquired wide range of issues concerning their ability to communicate with computer equipment and to use Internet as an information source for their social development. As a result of this event, working meeting with the town job-centre representatives was held, with view to be corrected not only the programs, but also the trends for the computer training of young jobless people from the region.

The project priorities were also aimed at the website-making topic. Our researches confirmed the interest of tens of young people, aged 18-22 years, who expressed their desire to participate in the website-making courses. There will be formed 4 groups by 10 persons, who within the framework of 15 hours will complete these courses. Connection with a National Internet forum, entitled “The new capabilities of electronic communications for the communication of young people” is planned.
