Working on youth empowerment, IMOR impacted the life of hundreds of educators and thousands of youths who are now productive citizens of N. Macedonia or other countries throughout the world. Like this, IMOR’s alumni network is a large network of people who cherish multicultural understanding and cooperation, civil society and democracy.
Years of committed work resulted into significant professional growth of IMOR. Its current members and IMOR alumni grew into professionals in various fields. Considering this, IMOR intends to share this greatly accumulated potential via offer of a range of capacity building activities.

We, in principle, are offering capacity building activities that are customised for various users (individuals, business community, NGO community, institutions) as we intend to support specific needs of users. Below are listed several clusters of areas of expertise of IMOR (listed in alphabetical order), with some examples of what IMOR can offer, as an indication for interested parties. The format of these activities can be agreed with the users (f-2-f, online, hybrid), as well as, the location (on-site or elsewhere). Some of the indicative topics can be shifted in other clusters or combined across clusters.

Also, IMOR is open to design customised topic that is not listed as such in the indicative lists below.

Therefore, IMOR welcomes all interested parties to approach us in order to design together fit-for-purpose capacity building programme for their specific needs, including any kind of support (e.g. in-company projects).
